I am recently divorced. Uninsured and carried out can not afford my diabetes testing and supplies. I can not go to the doctor because they can afford. I am on low income and are not eligible for Medicare or welfare. Diabetes I'm homeless, and I will not be reported. Y is there to help someone in my position?
