I:
1 / olive oil 2 cup
1 / 2 cup salted butter
1 large onion, chopped
6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Rosemary and oregano
28 ounces chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper
1 cup white wine
1 / 2 c. Parsley
cooked or raw shrimp, crab, lobster, scallops (any combination or alone - I sometimes buy imitation crab)
PREPARATION:
Heat butter and oil in a frying pan - fry the onion and garlic until they are golden brown.
With wine and cook until the liquid has evaporated and vegetables are golden.

Reduce heat, tomatoes, spices, salt and pepper.

Add your choice of seafood (scallops, and raw shrimp take about 5 minutes to cook in the sauce) on.

I cook noodles, make an Alfredo sauce (butter, garlic, mushrooms, perhaps, and a pint of cream) with the heat in 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, mix the shrimp and prawns, stir the noodles, salt and pepper and garnish with chopped spring onions.

Or, to make it easier to use, such as Alfredo Classico roasted garlic in a jar. Ideal for the simple meal.

(1) Cook the pasta just a few
(2) Cook, a little salsa
(3) lay the shrimp and crab meat in the sauce
(4) Drain the pasta
(5) Add the sauce (with shrimp and crab meat in it) over pasta

1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 (10 3 / 4 ounce) cream of mushroom
1 cup milk (enough to fill the can soup)
2 cups grated Velveeta cheese in Mexico
8 oz salad shrimp (small shrimp) Frozen
1 (6 ounces) crab meat, drained
Spaghetti Strings
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions chains.
In a large skillet sauté bell pepper in butter until they are soft.
Milk and cream of mushroom and pepper mix well.
Velvett Add cheese, shrimp and crabs. Bake until hot and bubbly.
Add sauce cooked and drained spaghetti chains. Stir the mixture well.
Serve with garlic bread and fresh salad for a complete meal
